In this FREE workshop, participants will build a foundation for understanding how to address the impacts of trauma in our schools. Participants will explore definitions of trauma and how trauma affects a child's educational experience, including the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) study. We will learn what teachers, administrators and classroom support staff can do within their roles to have a positive impact in the lives of trauma-affected students.
